1. Design & Prototyping
• CAD Design: Create 3D models using computer-aided design software, defining dimensions, patterns, and details.
• Prototyping: Produce wax/resin prototypes via 3D printing or CNC machining for form verification.
2. Casting (Most Common for Men’s Rings)
• Investment Casting (Lost Wax):
1. Make a wax master pattern.
2. Build a ceramic shell mold around the wax.
3. Burn out the wax to leave a hollow cavity.
4. Pour molten metal (gold, silver, platinum, titanium, steel) into the mold.
5. Cool, break the mold, and retrieve the rough ring casting.
• Die Casting: For mass production; inject molten metal into reusable steel molds under pressure.
3. Forging (Durable, High-Strength Rings)
• Heat metal billet and shape it with dies via hammering or pressing.
• Improves metal density and mechanical strength, ideal for heavy men’s bands.
4. Machining & Shaping
• CNC Turning/Milling: Cut, carve, and refine the ring blank to precise size and profile.
• Hand Forging/Forming: For custom rings; hammer and bend metal into shape.
5. Finishing & Surface Treatment
• Deburring & Polishing: Remove burrs; polish to mirror, satin, or brushed finish.
• Engraving: Laser or hand-engrave patterns, text, or logos.
• Plating: Apply rhodium, black rhodium, or other coatings for color and protection.
• Stone Setting: Set diamonds, gemstones, or inlays (for men’s signet/statement rings).
6. Quality Control & Inspection
• Check dimensions, symmetry, surface defects, and gemstone security.
• Conduct hardness, durability, and finish tests before final packaging.

We put each ring on a samll plastic zip bag,then put the lables for each ring,after the lables finished, we will put each size in a bigger plastic zip bag, and finally we put all the rings in a carton.

Different material jewelry has different MOQ. The MOQ is 5pcs each size for tantalum wedding bands,30pcs including 6 sizes in total.
The MOQ is 100pcs each style for other material wedding bands, necklace &pendants and bracelets like Stainless steel,Titanium, Black Titanium, Zirconium, tungsten carbide, carbon fiber, forged carbon fiber, Cobalt, Damascus steel, silver, gold,etc. 20pcs each size, including 5 sizes in total.

Sample is usually around 4-6 weeks, 2 weeks at the fastest speed.
